This article reviewed the challenges low-literacy users have and some techniques to follow so users could get more out of their web experience. Three challenges users face are using search engines to fine desired content, navigating to desired information, and research content when they could find it. In order to increase user satisfaction, the authors urged website designers to learn to support the needs of low-literacy users.
